Quotations – Work stated by CFG and accepted in writing by the client shall form the basis of the contract between CFG and the client.  Any additional or change of work required by the client will be priced and agreed by both parties prior to starting. Quotes are valid for up to 30 days, any time after that may require a re-work of the original price.

Inflation – Yearly contracts are subject to an annual increase. CFG will inform all clients of price changes at least 30 days prior to any changes.

Invoicing – All invoices are sent weekly and should be paid within 30 days unless agreed otherwise in writing. In normal terms for domestic jobs, payment would be expected on receiving invoice.

Changes to these terms and conditions – CFG has the right to change any of the terms and conditions at any time. Should any changes be made, clients will be informed.

Materials and fittings – All materials used shall remain property of CFG and shall not pass to the client until the price has been paid in full by the client.

Weather – CFG will ensure that all contracts and jobs are delivered on time but may be delayed with poor weather conditions.  Should there be any delays, we will inform the client.

Site Safety – It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that the area to be maintained is safe and clear of any objects that can cause damage to machinery where possible, and to point out in writing any known hazards. Any damages to equipment caused by objects in the work area may incur charges.

Client responsibilities – The client should make sure that the site of intended work is free of any obstructions on arrival that is not listed in the job details. This can include but not limited to vehicles, rubbish, litter, piles of rubble and dog mess. Any delays or follow up visits caused by access problems may be charged. 

Client satisfaction –The client will inform CFG of any issues or concerns arising from the day that the work has been carried out within 24hrs of completion. After this time we will take it as an indication that the client was satisfied of the work carried out. Any matters arising within the 24 hours from the job completion will be dealt with accordingly.
